Natural Variations & Product Characteristics
All bulk material products are machine-crushed or machine-sorted; they are not machine-made. As a result, all products vary in size, color, texture, and density due to their unique natural characteristics. No claims shall be raised due to these natural variances. Additionally, products may arrive with quarry dust and will need to be hosed off before use.
Coverage & Installation
The listed material coverages are approximate and can vary significantly based on factors such as:
- Material installation depth
- Material density
- Design and workmanship
To ensure accurate coverage, measure the depth of the working area at multiple locations and while measuring divide irregular shaped areas into rectangles and square shapes for ease of measurement. We recommend ordering at least 10% extra material to account for:
- Breakage
- Cuts
- Spillage
- Compaction
- Off-color pieces
Supplier & Delivery Information
Some materials are sourced from multiple suppliers and may be labeled with a different market name than what is listed on your order.
All deliveries are handled by third-party trucking companies, and the driver is solely responsible for their actions. The designated delivery location must be safe and accessible. The final decision on the offload location is at the sole discretion of the driver.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed after dispatch.
- Due to the nature of bulk materials, returns and refunds are not accepted after delivery.
Material Shortage, Weather & Delivery Delays
- Deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to meet delivery schedules, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
Material Storage & Handling
- Bulk materials should be placed on a stable, prepared surface to avoid contamination.
- If the material is not used immediately, we recommend covering it to maintain quality and prevent exposure to weather elements.
Trucking Limitations
- Delivery trucks require adequate space for maneuvering and unloading.
- Trucks cannot drive on soft ground, steep driveways, or areas with limited access.
- The driver has the final discretion on where the material can be safely offloaded.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for preparing the delivery site before the truck arrives.
- Ensure the drop location is clear of obstacles and accessible for a large truck.
- Any redelivery fees due to inaccessible sites or refusal of material will be the customer’s responsibility.
