Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following terms and conditions govern the sale of the products listed in the attached quote between you (“the Buyer”) and Direct Rock Source, LLC. (“DRS”):

  • Payment Terms:
    Payment is due at the time of order placement unless an account has been established in advance of delivery. Any past due accounts will incur a monthly charge of 1.5% on the outstanding balance. The Buyer is responsible for all legal fees associated with the collection of overdue payments.

  • Natural Stone Disclaimer:
    Natural stone is a product of nature and may exhibit variations in color, size, shape, and uniformity. These variations, which may include leaching, discoloration, or decomposition, are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.

  • Quantity Calculations:
    Calculations are based on industry standards and do not account for differing installation practices or site conditions that may affect the materials required for a project. Buyers are advised to confirm all calculations and quantities independently.

  • Returns and Restocking Fees:
    Restocking fees will apply to all returned products. Returns are not accepted on the following:
    • Bulk materials.
    • Opened or damaged products.
    • Pallets or super sacks.
    • Broken or incomplete pallets.

  • Special Orders:
    Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Products will only be ordered upon receipt of this deposit.
    • Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are limited to those provided by the manufacturer.
    • Buyers are responsible for obtaining professional engineering, installation, or estimation services, as needed.

  • Claims and Refund Requests:
    No claims for credit will be considered for bulk materials or any packaged goods that have been opened, unpacked, or installed. Refund requests must:
    • Be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
    • Be accompanied by proper documentation for review.
    • Approved returns will incur standard restocking charges and pickup fees as per the applicable area.

  • Disclaimer Regarding Product Attributes:
    While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including but not limited to material type, application, color, size, packing, stock availability, and other attributes, all such details are provided for general informational purposes only.
